Turndown of Proposal
The User shall not make any proposal to Adalia with regard to the business of Adalia through this Website or other means. In this paragraph "proposal" shall include proposals concerning new services or products, design, technology, method of manufacturing, marketing, method of advertisement, method of distribution and others. If the User makes such proposal ("offer") to Adalia, such User shall be deemed to have accepted the following matters.

Even if all or any of Adalia's services, products, design, technology, method of manufacturing, marketing, method of advertisement, method of distribution or other matters relating to business of Adalia are same as or similar to the contents of the offer or the materials, or the User considers that any of them are based on the offer or the materials, Adalia shall not be liable to the User for payment or any other matter.
